Product characteristics
HBY type double intake cross-flow closed cooling tower, as single intake cross-flow extension tower, the revolutionary cooler is placed at the bottom, through the access channel and the intake grille efficient maintenance.

The inlet and outlet are at the bottom to facilitate access to the main pipe. The double intake cross-flow closed cooling tower solves the problem of insufficient flow of a single intake cross-flow closed tower, and the maximum overflow of a single tower reaches 700m³/h.

    Cooling principle

    The working fluid (water or other liquid) circulates in the coil of the closed cooling tower, and the heat of the working fluid is dispersed into the water through the coil.


    At the same time, the air outside the unit enters from the air inlet grille on the double side, perpendicular to the flow direction of the water, and transversally flows through the coil, a small part of the water evaporates and absorbs the heat, and the hot and humid air is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan at the top of the cooling tower.


    The rest of the water falls into the tank at the bottom of the cooling tower, and is recirculated by the pump to the water distribution system, and then poured back to the coil through the packing.
