Cooling principle
HBW(G) type dry and wet combined cooling tower is divided into dry cooling mode and evaporation mode.
When the outdoor temperature reaches the stop spray temperature, the process fluid enters through the upper coil interface of the finned coil, the fan opens, and the spray pump closes. The cold air enters from the bottom grille and sucks up through the coil. When the air flow passes through the fin coil and round coil, the heat is transferred to the air flowing through the tube wall and fin in the form of sensible heat transfer.
When the outdoor temperature does not reach the stop spray temperature, the process fluid enters through the upper coil interface of the finned coil, and the fan and spray pump are turned on. Dry fin coils transfer a portion of the heat to the air flowing through the tube walls and fins, with no evaporation of water in the process. When the medium enters the circular coil, the spray system sprays water on the surface of the circular coil. Heat is transferred to the spray water through the tube wall in the form of sensible heat and latent heat, causing a small part of the spray water to evaporate.

1. Inlet temperature 37℃, outlet temperature 32℃, wet bulb temperature 28℃, dry bulb temperature 31.5℃, atmospheric pressure P=99.4kPa;
