    Imported POSCO Zinc Magnesium Aluminum Alloy Coated Plate with outstanding anti-corrosion effect. The service life is around 10-20 times of normal galvanized plate, the surface coating has fluidity, with cut protection (automatic healing).

    Water sprays on the surface of condenser to avoid water scale in the dry point area, thus maximizing the efficiency of the system.

    The effective dehydrator features extremely low drifting ratio.

    Small occupation, set with inspection gallery for daily maintenance.

    It is the anti-freezing and energy saving cooling tower. When we shut down the system, the water in the condenser can automatically return to the water tank for protecting the condenser from freezing. The system also has automatic digital temperature display and control, energy saving and eco-friendly.

    HBY cross flow closed cooling tower is suitable for various industries, such as casting, forging, air compressor, die casting machine, injection molding machine, electric furnace, water-cooled screw machine, etc…

    HBY cross flow closed cooling tower, the coil pipe is at the bottom of the equipment, the center of gravity is stable, and the operation is smooth; Equipped with maintenance channels, double-sided maintenance, convenient for daily maintenance; the heat sink adopts a special flow channel design to prolong the heat exchange time of the spray water, control the temperature of the spray water, the outer wall of the coil pipe is not easy to scale.

    HBY cross flow closed cooling tower, shell and structural steel adopts imported magnesium aluminum zinc alloy coated plate, or 304 stainless steel plate, imported motor, high air bucket, large air volume and low noise fan, special spray pump for evaporative cooling only, large water volume and low lift, ABS nozzle has patent certificate, and spray evenly. The coil pipe has the patent certificate, the pipe length is long, the pressure loss is small, the flow rate is controlled at 2.1 meters per second. The tube can adopts T2 deacidified red copper, or 304/316 stainless steel to meet the customized requirements.

    HBY cross flow closed cooling tower has a single inlet surface, which occupies a small area and has a high heat transfer efficiency.

    The water inlet and outlet of the HBY cross flow closed cooling tower are low and convenient for pipeline connection.

    The designed flow rate of HBY cross flow closed cooling tower is from 25m³/h to 500 m³/h; whit strong universality, it also can be jointed together, and meet various industries requirements.
