When selecting a closed cooling tower, an appropriate closed cooling tower can be selected by calculating the required cooling water, cooling capacity, power and other parameters. There are many reasons will caused the water leakage of closed cooling tower, and the aging of traditional closed cooling tower is only one of them. Will the new tower leak too? The answer is yes. However, this is not an irreversible fault. First of all, we should investigate the cause and then give a detailed solution to the fault.

Closed-circuit cooling towers are devices that exchange heat through heat transfer. Existing closed-circuit cooling towers often cannot adjust the air intake volume in real time according to factors such as ambient temperature and wind direction. When the ambient temperature is low, a large air intake volume leads to rapid moisture loss, and the exhaust of hot, humid air easily produces white mist. When the air intake surface of the cooling tower is affected by crosswinds, the air intake volume decreases, which is detrimental to heat dissipation. Therefore, there is an urgent need for cooling towers with intelligent air intake systems.
