1. In the long-term use of cooling tower, due to the turbid and high hardness of circulating water, the infill is soaked in the water with high temperature for a long time, which leads to the phenomenon of scaling and blocking of the packing. After long-term accumulation, the texture of the infill is blocked, so the cooling effect is not up to the standard;
2. Improper selection of cooling tower. Because didn’t select the right cooling tower according to customers’ own flow rate and water inlet temperature, the standard cooling tower is used as industrial cooling tower, just like small horse with large wagen, so the cooling effect is definitely not good.
3. The sealing around cooling tower is too good, the ventilation is too bad, which makes the air cannot circulate, so make the FRP cooling tower’s cooling effect is not good.
