Closed cooling tower's safety precaution -- HuaTal Closed Cooling Tower

Today, HuaTal Group would like to share the safety precautions of closed cooling tower with you, especially the customers who use closed cooling tower for the first time.

Qualified personnel is required for daily operation, maintenance, repair the closed cooling tower. Use the correct tools in accordance with the procedures to avoid personal injury and property damage. 

The following warnings are for guidance only:

１．The closed cooling tower shall not operate until the ventilator net is covered and access door are in place and secured;

２．Each fan motor corresponds to a lockable cut off switch, which shall be installed within the visible range of the equipment. Prior to any form of maintenance or overhaul of the unit, verify that all power has been cut off and locked in a "off" state;

３．The top platform of any closed cooling tower shall not be intentionally used for other purpose and no routine maintenance shall be performed in this area unless for fan motor checking;

４．Circulating water may contain chemical or biological contaminants, including legionella bacteria. If inhaled or drunk can cause harm to the human body; the exhaust air will contain water;  Drifting water is generated when the water distribution system and/or ventilator are in operation; Mist occurs when cleaning water system components;

４．１ Respiratory protective devices should be used when workers are directly exposed to these environments in accordance with the relevant occupational safety and health regulations issued by the local government;
