Closed cooling tower for pharmaceutical industry

A large pharmaceutical factory in Shan'xi Province used open cooling tower system for a very long period, which consumed a lot of energy, and the pipeline system are scaled and have to shut down the production line frequently. 

But recently, our technical engineer rebuilt the cooling system for the customer's and submitted the PID diagram. After the rectification, the customer used the double air inlet HBY type closed cooling tower. During the operation, it was found that the water evaporation lose was reduced to 1/3 of the original, the power consumption was reduced by half, and the system ran stably without scale.
