The operation principle of HBY type cross flow closed cooling tower is: The working fluid (pure water or other liquid) circulates in the cooling coil pipes of the closed cooling tower, and the heat of the working fluid flows through the coil into the spraied water on the coil pipes. At the same time, the air outside the unit enters from the side, crosses with the flow direction of the spraied water, and flows vertically through the coil pipes. A small part of the water evaporates and absorbs the heat. The hot and humid air is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan on the top of the cooling tower. The rest of the water falls into the bottom water sink, which will be recycled to the water distribution system by the pump.
