Application of closed cooling tower in automobile industry

Aisin automobile parts co., ltd. was established in September 2011 with registered capital of USD 12.5 million. It is a joint venture of aixin seiji co., ltd., Taiwan xinchang international investment co., ltd. and Taiwan huiguo industry co., ltd. It is a professional manufacturer of automobile auto sunroof. In 2017, it built its own auto laboratory and introduced a batch of dynamometer. We Jiangsu Huatal provided three sets of HBY type cross-flow closed cooling towers for the cooling system of dynamometers, and  the effect is good.

Dynamometer is mainly used to detect the effective power of various diesel engines, gasoline engines, electric motors and other power engines. It's the indispensable test equipment for power machine characteristic test and the transmission machinery efficiency test. This time we chose the classic HBY type cross flow cooling tower. HBY type closed cooling tower is our main product, known for its efficient heat exchange and stable performance. Its working principle is as follows:

Circulating water system is divided into:

1) Internal recirculating water system: the recirculating water cooled in the coil pipe is discharged from the tower body and sent to the heat source (dynamometer) by the circulating water pump. The recirculating water heated by heat exchange enters the coil pipe for cooling again.

2) External circulating water system: after the external spraying water finished the heat exchange by contacting with the coil pipe and fills/filler, it falls into the lower water tank and sent to the spray system by spraying pump for recycling. 

The internal recirculating water transfer its heat energy through the coil pipe to the external circulating water, so the internal water won't be polluted by direct contact between cooling water and air. As the spray water was pre-cooled by the PVC fills/filler, its heat transfer effect is more obvious. Compared with the open-type cooling tower, the self-structure features and the realization of electronic control function have a significant water-saving effect.
