I. Shutdown cleaning;

Cleaning procedure: washing - germicidal algae cleaning - detergent scale cleaning - rinsing after cleaning - pre film.

a. Rinse with water

The purpose of water washing is to use a large flow of water to wash away the dust, sediment, algae, corrosion and other loose dirt in the system, also we can checking the leakage situation of the system at the same time. The flow rate of flushing water should be greater than 0.15 m/s, and the flushing water in the system should be drained out after flushing.

b. Sterilization, algae removal and cleaning

The purpose of sterilization and algae removal cleaning is to kill the microorganisms in the system and remove the biological mucus attached to the surface of the equipment. After the flushing water is discharged, add germicidal algicide to the system for cleaning. When the turbidity of the system tends to balance, finish the cleaning.

c. Remove scale and clean with cleaning solution

The purpose of cleaning with a cleaning solution is to dissolve scale and oxides in the system with a cleaning agent, and then dissolve them in water and wash them off. The cleaning agent will be added to the central air conditioning system, with a circulating pump circulation cleaning, and then in the highest point of the drain, in the lowest point of the drain, to avoid air resistance and guide congestion, affect the cleaning effect. When cleaning, cleaning solution concentration, metal ion (Fe2+, Fe3+, Cu2+) concentration, temperature, pH value, etc. Should be tested regularly, when the metal ion concentration tends to flat, should be completed cleaning.

d. Rinse after cleaning

The purpose of this water flushing is to flush away any residual cleaning fluid and impurities that are washed away during the washing process. e. Pre film
