The temperature sensor is a sensor that senses temperature and converts it to a usable output signal. The temperature sensor is the core part of the temperature measuring instrument. According to the measurement method can be divided into direct contact type and non-contact type. According to the characteristics of sensor materials and electronic components, can be divided into thermal resistance type and thermocouple type. Direct contact type temperature sensor is common in closed cooling tower industry.

A thermometer achieves thermal equilibrium by conduction or convection, so that the indication of the thermometer directly represents the temperature of the object to be measured, generally, the measurement accuracy is higher. A thermometer also measures the temperature distribution within a given temperature range. Low temperature thermometers require small size, high accuracy, reproducibility and stability. Carburized glass thermal resistance is a kind of temperature sensing element of low temperature thermometer. It can be used to measure the temperature in the range of 1.6 ~ 300K.

Functions and features of the temperature sensor verification device:

  1. Verify the working thermocouples of K, E, J, N, B, S, R, T and other models;

  2. Test Pt100, Pt10, Cu50, Cu100 and other thermal resistors, glass liquid thermometers, pressure thermometers, bimetal thermometers;

  3. Multi-channel low potential automatic transfer switch, parasitic potential ≤0.4 V;

  4. Control 1~4 sets of high-temperature furnaces;

  5. Temperature field test: it can be used to test the temperature field of verification furnace, oil tank, water tank and low-temperature constant temperature tank;

  6. Wire system conversion: Two-wire system, three-wire system, four-wire system resistance verification;

  7. The software has the function of comparison experiment, repetitive experiment and temperature field experiment;
