I. Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum
Transformer oil purifier machine is mainly used for purifying the insulating
oil, transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil, dielectric oil and so on.
II. Series ZYD Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine
adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working
vacuum value highly, so it can remove the water, gas and impurities in
transformer oil high-efficiently, increasing and maintain the oil's dielectric
strength higher, make sure the electric device running safely.
III. Degassing, dehydration and filtering impurities of transformer oil

series ZYD adds ROOTS vacuum system, second stage vacuum system to improve the
effect of purification which dewaters, degases and removes impurities more
quickly, more completely and make the oils dielectric strength value much
higher. This machine also can remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and
dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and
rapidly. As the bridge-type vacuum linking system that can filter and be an
independent vacuum power supply, this machine can be vacuum treating the
electric insulating devices. Series ZYD utilizes coacervation technology,
coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification
technology.

less than 0.1%
2. Impurity size less than 1μm without free carbon
3. Oil
dielectric strength (breakdown voltage) more than 75KV
4. Acidity value less
than 0.01 mgKOH/g
5. Dielectric loss factors at 90°C less than 0.001
