Huatal closed cooling tower for lithium battery industry

This project applied Huatal's classic HBY type cross-flow closed cooling tower, with high efficiency, easy to repair and maintainance, the appearance of neat and easy, reward with our customer's praise. Huatal has made achievements in casting and forging, central air conditioning, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, air compressor and other industries in changzhou, and won reputation around the region.

The HBY cross-flow closed cooling tower used in this project is used for the cooling of NMP organic solvent solution with positive electrode. The client is located in Changzhou national high-tech development zone, jiangsu province, with a registered capital of 800 million RMB and covers 15 acres. Currently, there are more than 1,700 employees, including 13 doctors, 345 masters and 289 undergraduates. The company's main products are lithium-ion power batteries, with a single capacity ranging from 10Ah to 500Ah. The main applications include: electric vehicles, rail transit, mining equipment, power storage, communication base stations, unmanned aircraft, ships and submarines, radar base stations and so on. 

HBY series cross-flow closed cooling tower product features: imported magnesium, aluminum and zinc plating outer plate, outstanding anti-corrosion effect, service life is 10-20 times that of galvanized plate, its surface coating with fluidity, with notch protection (self-healing); Spray water completely wet the outer wall of the condenser, forming an envelope to avoid the formation of scale at the dry point, so as to maximize the system efficiency; Efficient dehydrator with very low drift rate; Small floor area, with access to facilitate daily maintenance; Belongs to the anti-freeze energy-saving cooling tower, in the case of shutdown, the water in the condenser can automatically return to the water tank, to ensure that it is not damaged by freezing; Automatic digital display temperature control, energy saving and environmental protection.
