I. Daily Cleaning

1.Check the internal water basin, distribution pipes, spray pipes, nozzles and other parts of the tower body, remove any substances or stains, which may be blocking the pipeline;

2.Check the fills part, confirm whether there are stains on it, to ensure the cleanliness of the environment;

3.Clean the dirt on the surface of the fan, check the Angle of the fan blade, the interval between the fan leaf and the body;

II. Daily Maintenance

1.Confirm whether the ball part of the floating valve in the closed cooling tower's water basin is damaged and whether the operation is normal;

2.Confirm whether any leakage from the water basin, tower support frame and other parts, if there is leakage, use an adhesive agent to fix it;

3.Confirm that all the connecting wire terminals of the closed cooling tower(Pumps, Fan motors) are complete, whether there is vibration sound in the rotation of pumps/motors, and whether the fixing screw of the pumps/motors is loose or not;

4.Check if the rotation of the fan unit's reducer is operating normally or not. If it makes a strange sound, replace the bearing of the reducer immediately and confirm whether the wind and leaf are evenly distributed;
