Part 1. Project implementation plan
In order to meet the requirements of the project and successfully complete the project to the satisfaction of the owner, after the signing of the business contract, we will submit to the owner a detailed design, procurement, production, packaging, transportation and installation plan. The project implementation plan will elaborate on all necessary responsibilities and responses. 4.1 Organize professional designers to be familiar with and study bidding documents, bidding documents, contract documents and technical requirements, and confirm them; To supervise the strict implementation of the design standards, specifications and principles of each project, and inspect the design quality together with the project technical director;
4.2 Organize professional design coordination meetings to prevent disconnection of professional design;
4.3 Organize the completion of the preliminary design scheme and technical data documents stipulated in the contract, and timely submit them to the owner;
4.4 Prepare construction drawing design schedule, organize and supervise all professional designers to complete according to the schedule;
4.5 According to the contract. Timely submit equipment material list and technical specification book to purchasing department;
4.6 Organize pre-construction design review, design disclosure and technical disclosure;
4.7 Organize and deal with the design of changes or internal changes proposed by the owner or the general design institute, and organize and deal with the design problems in the construction and test run proposed on the site;
4.8 Organize the preparation of project design and the completion of reports.
Part 5. Project purchasing manager
Project purchasing manager is responsible for organizing the implementation of the contract project for business of the company products manufacturing, equipment, site construction procurement order all materials, equipment procurement, manufacturing, such as call, inspection, transportation, delivery, etc., complete manufacturing, procurement, transportation, work progress, quality and cost control target, is responsible for the supplier of contract management and control equipment delivery schedule, main responsibilities are as follows:
5.1 Prepare the project manufacturing, procurement and transportation plan according to the contract text and the list of project equipment and materials, and clarify the scope, division of labor, principles, procedures and methods of the project manufacturing, procurement and transportation work;
5.2 According to the overall project schedule and construction schedule, organize the preparation of manufacturing, procurement and transportation schedule;
5.3 Select appropriate suppliers of raw materials and sub-suppliers of equipment approved by the owner to sign ordering contracts;
5.4 Assign the manufacturing plan of closed cooling tower components to each production workshop of the company headquarters, specify the manufacturing process, workload, progress and technical quality requirements of components, and organize the manufacturing process engineer and quality inspector of the company headquarters to inspect and supervise the whole process of parts manufacturing;
5.5 Supervise and urge the supplier to fulfill the order contract. For the key equipment, the manufacturing engineer will be assigned to supervise the production on the manufacturing site of the key equipment supplier to ensure the manufacturing quality and delivery date of the key equipment;
5.6 Upon entering the site, the equipment shall be opened for inspection, acceptance, handover and warehousing together with the site construction manager;
5.7 Comprehensively manage goods delivery reminders, inspection, production supervision, transportation and handover, hold regular inspection meetings on the implementation of the manufacturing procurement plan, prepare the implementation report and report it to the project manager;
5.8 Organize the preparation of project procurement completion report.
Part 6. Construction manager
The construction manager is responsible for organizing and managing the installation of cooling tower equipment for the contracted project, and fully ensuring the construction progress, project quality and construction cost. The main responsibilities are as follows:
6.1 In the project design stage, put forward opinions and requirements on the design from the perspective of construction;
6.2 According to the terms of the contract, verify and accept the construction conditions and materials provided by the owner, such as coordinate points, construction water, construction electricity connection, temporary facility land, transportation conditions, etc.;
6.3 Prepare the project construction plan, define the scope, tasks, construction organization, construction preparation, construction quality and safety management, and the principles and methods of construction cost control;
6.4 According to the overall progress plan of the project and the construction master progress plan, prepare the detailed progress plan for the installation of cooling tower equipment and execute it after the approval of the project manager;
6.5 Determine the construction organization system and work procedures, prepare the construction labor table and machine table, prepare the construction organization design, construction plan and safe and civilized construction documents;
6.6 Manage the overall construction work of on-site construction engineers and various construction teams, reasonably allocate the construction workers, solve various problems on the construction site, and supervise the construction team to carry out construction according to the technical requirements, construction scheme and schedule;
6.7 Organize and establish construction materials and tools supply inspection mechanism, construction cost inspection mechanism, construction quality inspection mechanism, construction safety inspection mechanism and construction progress inspection mechanism together with the manufacturing purchasing manager;
6.8 After the completion of construction, organize the compilation of completion data, and assist the project manager to handle the handover of the project. In the test run assessment stage after the completion of the project, formulate the test run scheme, deal with the remaining problems related to the construction, and assist the company head office to provide follow-up technical services and late service to the owners;
6.9 organize the preparation of project construction completion report.
