Working principle

In the injection molding industry, vacuum coating and other industries, constant temperature and pressure water supply is required. When there are more equipments, a single mold temperature machine is difficult to control, and the maintenance point is increased.

We have developed a constant temperature and constant pressure closed cooling tower system, the system can integrate cold water or hot water, constant temperature supply, while using mature constant pressure frequency conversion control system, high degree of automation, system stability while saving space and energy consumption.

Product characteristics

The system can provide a constant water temperature (the water temperature is controlled in the range of ±2℃), by setting a temperature point, the temperature transmitter according to the temperature in the insulation tank to send signals to the PLC, control the heater, refrigerator, closed cooling tower.

Constant pressure variable frequency water supply takes the water pressure at the outlet end of the pump as the setting parameter, and the output frequency of the inverter is controlled through the pressure transmitter in the pipeline to adjust the speed of the pump motor, so as to adjust the water pressure in the closed cooling cycle pipeline, so that the water supply system automatically keeps the constant pressure at the set pressure value: that is, when the water consumption increases, the frequency increases and the speed of the pump accelerates; When the water consumption is reduced, the frequency is reduced and the pump speed is slowed down. This ensures that the entire network can meet customer requirements at any time: water pressure (consistent with the pressure set by the user) and water volume (changes with the user's water usage).
